My name is Michelle. I love coming to 40plus and have been here since the inception ten years ago. One of the first people I ever talked to was LadyH before she started creating the channel. We finally got to meet each other two years later in Las Vegas and we all had a wild time of it. Life has changed for both of us since then, but chatting keeps us and all the other wonderful people we have become friends with in touch with one another. As far as me, I have three beautiful daughters and a beautiful step-daughter. I love to garden and landscape in the summers. I have lots of pets left behind now that all the kids are growing up and moving away. I have a dog, two cats, guinea pigs, a Congo African Grey and Green Winged Macaw. Lots of cleaning and feeding goes on here as you might imagine! I love to read and follow true crime stories and have quite a collection in my library. I have been very busy in Special Education Advocacy and have studied and applied the laws. I have been involved for about 13 years in advocating for my childrens' educational rights. I love to travel and enjoy the states. I have been to many states south, west and even north but nothing east as of yet, except Niagra Falls. I love wildlife and nature walks. I am half Italian and half Irish and have alot of passion, fire and fun in me. I love conversation and surrounding myself with trustworthy, positive friends. I believe in moving ahead even as life hits you with the hard knocks. I love listening and dancing to 80s music while I clean house or lay by the pool in the summertime.
